10 Television Shows I'd Like to Have on DVD

The topic could also include DVDs I already own. I don't own any TV DVDs. Gift ideas, anybody?
  1. Sex and the City--Because who wouldn't want it?
  2. Friends--Like I need to quote it any more often.
  3. Grey's Anatomy--Still going but I really enjoyed the first few seasons.
  4. The X Files--For old (college) time's sake.
  5. Dawson's Creek--I know; I'm sorry. Please don't stop reading my blog.
  6. My So-Called Life--Because I loved it and was very sad when it was over.
  7. Gilmore Girls--Since it's over now. How sad...
  8. Northern Exposure--Again, reminds me of college.
  9. Six Feet Under--I never saw any of this series but wanted to...
  10. Twin Peaks--I'd like to see it again as an adult.
I'm sure I'm missing something. What would you pick?

Love Friends...I still, in fact, watch them with the re-runs often!!!!
Oh yes - I loved Northern Exposure! And Twin Peaks! I'd like to watch that one again, too. I don't think I got it the first time.

Almost put Sex and the City on my list....

We don't have any matches but I've heard these are good series. My list is up here if you want to check it out. :)

Dukes of Hazzard
Northern Exposure
Twin Peaks might be fun to watch again.
Deadliest Catch
I would say CSI but they are on about 3 times a day right now anyway.
A-team, Night Rider and McGyver would be good too. At least I think they would, it might just be the haze of nostalgia.

Hi! I came back to answer your question about why I'd stop at Season 6 for ER...that's the year George Clooney left, I think, and it was after that the storylines and characters began to go down hill IMO. I might go up to the season where Juliana Margolies left only for the reunion between the two characters *but* I was totally bummed by what happened with Mark Greene, Peter, Dr. Romano and Dr. Carter. None of the newbies ever grabbed me the way the original cast did--except guest star Sally Field. She always shines!

okay then is "terrible" but The Nanny. Yes, the one with Fran and her voice. Reason being...my kid. As a baby she loved the theme song and it brings back such wonderful memories of her scootin' and crawlin' as fast as she could to get in to the living room! It was GREAT!
